About 12 years ago I realised that I needed some tools to help in my quest for health. Despite the fact that I ate well and had long established yoga and qigong and breathing practices, there were more and more things that were beyond my control, such as the increasing amount of EMFs that could not be avoided and were damaging to your bioelectric field.

My first step was to purchase a quality Bellicon rebounder, solely for the health bounce. It felt beautiful and smooth, but a little too soft and slow to move lymph fully and I had to actively coincide bounce with a pump of my calves and after a while I did not use it much.

It was a number of years later that I read about the XenPod and I purchased one. I could immediately feel how perfect the bounce was for moving lymph. After a 20 minute session using Ian 's protocol and breathing method, I could feel energy moving through my body like I had done a long qigong or yoga session when I lay down on the mat. It was quite exciting to think that anyone could experience that without going through the long years of learning an energy practice. Or else those who had developed practices could use the Xenpod before their practice to have increased energy to work with.

Then I happened to look at the XenPod Facebook page and saw that they had developed the new Ascension model and were about to show test results done with Kirlian photography, and I was quite fascinated by that when they came out and I purchased the Ascension XenPod model.

I could immediately feel quite a noticeable difference. Even just laying on the mat for 5 minutes there was quite a difference. I could feel this difference when I swapped back and forth between models. The Kirlian photographs were very interesting, as most people have to just rely on feel.

I have a number of very effective health tools such as FIR sauna, infrared lamps and a quality vibration plate, but if I had to pick just one tool, it would be the Ascension Xenpod.
